Tempering-markings of titanium and high-grade steel provide medical instruments and implants with durable markings. Using the DataMatrix code available on the StarMark and PowerLine systems, it is also possible to compress large data volumes within a minimum of space. The marking can be optimized to the point where the area of the marking remains insensitive to corrosion.
