Perfect quality
Laser welding can handle base materials up to 64 HRC
-
lasers repair damages, locally improve wear resistance
and
correct production defects with a quality that can only
be
achieved with laser deposit welding. The micro-structural
transformation is much lower than with other technologies.
Through the use of filler materials with a high melting
point
significantly better layer properties are obtained.
Laser deposit welding guarantees high-quality repairs
which
are fully recognized by the customer as the appropriate
method due to the high standard of laser welding.

Performance
The bestselling manual laser welding unit worldwide! More than 4,000 customers use this system for fine-welding stainless steel, titanium, gold or platinum. With this tool they create seam welds under 100 microns and work with materials as thin as 10 microns or wires of 20 microns in diameter. Learning to operate this system is a matter of hours. |

Performance CNC
The Performance is now available as CNC version, which may either be operated with CNC control or manually, is user-friendly, cost-effective and handling is very easy. The SWM Performance is hence ideal for partly automated serial production with high reproducibility, for customized products as well as prototype production or repair work. |

Integral
Large access doors and a solid and precise motor-driven XY-table allow the Integral to take work pieces with a maximum weight of 350 kg: this allows large tools and molds to be processed efficiently by the laser. Laser deposit welding with filler wire enables rapid heating and cooling of the weld which minimizes heat affected zone and melt volume compared to conventional technologies. |

Tool Open
The new Tool Open brings mobile laser welding to perfection. Without the time-consuming set up of large tools and molds, you can accomplish on-site repairs and enjoy the advantages of laser welding as a flexible and location-independent process. With a cantilever of 1,70 m and a maximum working height of 1,80 m you should be able to reach your target even on the largest molds and tools. |
