DL Series

General Information

Optimized cooling concepts and diode stack management allow the laser to achieve the same power levels as conventional gas or solid-state lasers, but at a fraction of the size. With wall plug efficiencies of up to 30 % and virtually maintenance-free construction, ROFIN Diode lasers are an inexpensive manufacturing tool with low running costs.

ROFIN DL-Q series
Available in various wavelengths, the DL-Q series is highly adaptable to applications
such as welding, cladding, brazing, and surface treatment. The beam can be focused to rectangle, nearly square, and round geometries.

ROFIN DL-R series
The diode lasers of the DL-R series have a rectangular beam geometry developed specifically for the hardening process. Thanks to the homogenized beam profile and its resulting uniform energy distribution, various different hardening techniques can be accomplished quickly and reliably.
