StarShape 600 C

Into new Dimensions

You can now cut polymers, wood, paper, paper board of 1 to 3 mm material thickness. Equipped with a powerful CO2 laser and up to two scanner heads, the new StarShape 600 C can attain cutting speeds of up to 20 m/s.

Sealed-off

The source of the StarShape 600 C's high performance is a sealed-off CO2 laser with 600 W output power – the first of its kind in this performance class. It needs no external gas supply and minimizes operating and maintenance costs. Further advantages of this technology are a small footprint and ease of handling.

Unrivaled speed

Whether cutting, degating, structuring or drilling – 600 W of laser power, an excellent beam quality and fast scanner heads lay the foundations for unrivaled processing speeds. Even most complex on-the-fly applications can be realized in short processing times with excellent quality (optional software upgrade).

Flexible programming

The StarShape C is programmed with the user-friendly graphic interface of the high performance LaserCAD software. Contours and beam parameters can be defined rapidly. The laser control is based on PC architecture with CAN bus technology. The StarShape 600 C can be customized to fit your individual needs: as a standard module for machine integration, optimized for individual requirements, or as a standalone work station.
